We strongly prefer in-person pickup at our location in Dallas, Texas. This allows us to meet you, provide hands-on guidance, and ensure the puppy's safe transition. For exceptional circumstances, we can arrange flight nanny service at additional cost.

All our breeding dogs are OFA certified for hips, elbows, and cardiac health. They also undergo comprehensive DNA panels including JLPP, vWD, and other breed-relevant genetic markers. We provide full documentation with every puppy.

Our contract includes a 2-year health guarantee against genetic conditions, spay/neuter requirements for pet placements, and a return policy if you can't keep the dog. We also include vaccination records, deworming schedule, and a puppy starter kit with everything you need to get started.

We conduct formal temperament evaluations at 7-8 weeks using the Volhard Puppy Aptitude Test. This helps us match puppies to appropriate homes—whether that's an active family, a show prospect, or a working home. We're honest about each puppy's personality.

After submitting an application, we typically schedule a phone or video call within 1-2 weeks. If approved, you'll be added to our waitlist. Wait times vary from 3-12 months depending on our breeding schedule. Puppies go home at 8-10 weeks of age.
